"The student volunteers will be engaged in various administrative components of the upcoming 2024 BAJCAN MedCon & Expo. Their responsibilities will include:
1. Directing attendees to their designated locations
2. Assisting with the registration process
3. Providing information and answering questions from attendees
4. Distributing event materials and promotional items
5. Assisting speakers and presenters with logistical needs
6. Managing session transitions and ensuring smooth operations
7. Supporting exhibitors with setup and other needs
8. Monitoring and maintaining event areas to ensure cleanliness and order"
