BOAMS Group is a project-oriented social enterprise that seeks to invest in the development of the agriculture industry and to advocate on behalf of those who work in it. Our Mission is to connect people through food by investing in the agricultural value chains and the communities that are a part of them. Our vision is to create a support system for people to thrive through agriculture. All Roads Lead to Agriculture (A.R.Le.T. A) Volunteer Program - Where passion comes to bloom. ARLeTA is a volunteer programme under the broader banner of BOAMS Group, a social enterprise that seeks to invest in the development of the agriculture industry and to advocate on behalf of those who work in it. ARLeTA’s mission is to create opportunities to educate persons in agriculture, to gain valuable experience in the agriculture field, retooling of unemployed workers and for agriculture enthusiast. Objective: Our volunteer program goals Provide practical learning opportunities for volunteers Provide internship opportunities for young adults between the ages of 16 to 35. Create projects that allows UWI students to gain hours and gain leadership, project management skills and to use their skills Provide opportunities for workers to retool.
