It serves as a registry to support commercial activities for all private and public sectors which are maintained within the framework of the law and available resources provided. It also supports the development of domestic and international trade and business in Barbados.
public education programmes and preparation of materials to raise public awareness of corporate and intellectual property matters;
preparation of various notices for publication in the Official Gazette, checking the Official Gazette to ensure accurate
publication of Notices and Trademarks;
drafting of memoranda, letters and statistical reports.
However, persons would only be allowed in the office with COVID protocols permitting.
