Activities Required
Accounting Officer tasks:
Collecting payments from walk-in clients by processing cash,
cheques or credit card transactions.
Preparing receipts and deposits daily to ensure that all transactions are balanced.
Balancing receipts, preparing required journals and end of day
reports on a daily basis.
Ensuring all incoming cheques received via the post are recorded
and accounted for in cheque log, when received.
Any other functions which are necessary for the position as shall be assigned from time to time.
