Activities Required
After initial training, legal tasks will include organising files/information, recording
key dates, drafting legal documentation and providing assistance with preparation for hearings.
Providing administrative support to the Attorney-at-Law which includes: [typing, filing, photocopying, dispatching documents]
Responding to correspondences via post/email and ensuring efficient handling of telephone enquiries, reception visitors and appointment bookings.
Documenting processes, as well as maintaining hard copy files and electronic records.
Keeping clients informed of progress made with their applications.
