Description
Every year, Oistins Festival Inc hosts the popular community festival,
The Oistins Fish Festival. Our goal is to uplift the community of
Oistins through service oriented community engagement activities,
raising funds to donate to various community organisations such as
the Bay Garden and the recently reformed Oistins Fisherfolk Forward
Association, among others. Our goal is to successfully host a
festival featuring the community, about the community, for the
community that uplifts and enhances the lives of all peoples in and
around Oistins.
Description
Activities Required
- Festival Activity Volunteer (manning stalls and administrative work
prior to and during the festival)
- 5k Race Volunteer (water station and route marshal)
- Registration assistant (working to assist the festival committee
with in person and digital registration processes)
- Social media management assistant (monitoring social channels,
posting and preparing reports)
