Transport Board
The Transport Board provides mass transit services to the public of Barbados and was formed by act of partliament on August 24, 1955. The mass transit organization covers over 70 routes across the island covering more than 6,000 kilometers daily, thus making public transporation
accessible to as many as possible, including those persons with disabilities. The effcient functioning of Board is vital to the economy of Barbados. The Transport Board's headquaters is located in Weymouth, Roebuck Street St. Michael and has three terminals located at Fairchild Street, Bridetown; Prices Alice Highway, St. Michael and Seightstown, St Peter.

Activities Required
To record categories of ridership in the Transport Board's Traffic Augmentation Program. The students will be required to travel on the Board's bus units covering various routes across the island and record the numbers of commuters on inbound and outbound trips in the various categories of ridership.
