The Barbados YMCA provides a place for the youth to develop their minds, body, and spirit. The day-to-day functions are managed by the Secretariat where the staff devises and executes the various initiatives geared towards the youth, our communities and our planet. There is a strong focus on the development of our children and youth with programmes which help them to grow into productive members of society.

Activities Required
● Assist in coordinating programmes of the Barbados YMCA. Provide
support and advice, and assist in the development of new programs,
and identify best-practice standards.
● Create and update records and databases with personnel,
financial and other data. and provide administrative support to the
office staff and enhance office effectiveness
● Develop and implement a communication strategy that includes
media outreach and social media content creation. Research and
write content for the organisation’s website, infographic, and
newsletters.
