Cataloguing of information on private developments and any other technical duties.
Clerical
1. Perform general clerical duties with the use of a computer or other available technology provided to facilitate the execution of the said duties.
2. Give the necessary clerical support to assist the
Department/Section in providing an
efficient service.
3. Classify and filing documents and other correspondence.
4. Correctly respond to requests for information from internal and external customers and following-up on enquires.
5. Any other.
