Activities Required
1. Maintain a filing system
2. Maintain email inbox and respond accordingly
3. Answering phone calls
4. Manage office and rental calendars
5. Requisition office supplies, research new deals and
suppliers 6. Maintain contact list of clients
7. Log rental reservations for clients
8. Submit invoices to clients
9. Provide general support to clients
10. Liaise with Office Manager to handle other request and queries received
